ACP Sheet Cladding

ACP Sheet

Description

ACP Sheet Cladding is a lightweight architectural façade system made from aluminium composite panels, typically formed from two aluminium skins bonded to a central core. The panels are fabricated into flat or folded modules and fixed over a supporting framework to create clean, precise exterior surfaces.

ACP cladding is widely used for façades, parapets, canopies, soffits, columns and architectural projections because it combines low weight, good rigidity, smooth surface finish and strong design flexibility. Metallic, solid, textured and custom finishes can be coordinated with glazing and other façade systems to create a refined contemporary appearance.

Key Features

  • Lightweight Construction: Provides a large-format façade finish without excessive structural weight.
  • Excellent Surface Flatness: Creates smooth, clean and visually consistent exterior surfaces.
  • High Panel Rigidity: Composite construction helps maintain panel stability over larger façade modules.
  • Design Flexibility: Panels can be cut, routed, folded and fabricated into different architectural forms.
  • Clean Panel Joints: Supports precise horizontal and vertical façade grids.
  • Multiple Finishes: Available in solid, metallic, textured, wood-look and project-specific architectural finishes.
  • Weather Resistance: Suitable for permanent exterior façade applications when the correct coating and system are selected.
  • Corrosion Resistance: Aluminium outer skins provide good resistance to external environmental exposure.
  • Easy Integration: Works well with curtain walls, windows, glazing, canopies and other façade systems.
  • Low Maintenance: Smooth coated surfaces are relatively easy to clean and maintain.
  • Large-Format Application: Suitable for broad façade areas, bands, portals and projecting architectural elements.
  • Fire-Rated Options: FR and higher fire-performance panel variants are available depending on project requirements.
